Anchor Point – When it comes to surf travel in Morocco, Anchor Point of Taghazout ranked no 1. It was first discovered in the year the 1960s. 

The outstanding line of waves, sandy rock, and the long coastline of waves make this spot extremely wonderful. 

The Anchor Point is a 10 min walk from Taghazout city. The waves of the Anchor are constant all year round. But October to May is the ideal time to visit this place.

  • Achakar Beach – Achakar Beach is one of the most incredible beaches. The beach is of short length but the blue color of the sea looks startling.
    It is 21 kilometers away from Tangiers. This is very pleasant for surfing. Besides this, it is a perfect place to spend your whole day with your family and loved ones.
  • Tamri: Tamri Beach is comfortable for all surf travelers. This place provides you with beautiful wind and swell windows. This place is 40 minutes south of Tamraght and Taghazout.
    Besides the surfer’s hub, this place is home to camels and also amazing places to explore.
  • Banana Beach Point:  What makes the perfect surf spot? Confused, when you land your steps at Banana Beach, you’ll get all your answers.
    Banana Beach is a prominent place for surfing. Its warm temperature and warm air give you an incredible experience.
    Polluted water is disgraceful. But when you are at Banana beach you’ll have fun in clean and pleasant water.
  • Hash Point Surf Camp: If you are a true surfer and have Morocco on your travel list for surfing then do visit Hash Point. While surfing, you’ll enjoy this place.
    You’ll find this place at the center of the Taghazout. This place is really fun for all the surfers.
    If you are new to the surfing world, you’ll experience instructors at this place.

In a very short time, Morocco has become one of the ideal destinations for surfing. The best time for Surfing in Morocco is between September and May. Besides this, you can enjoy surfing during the winter.

Traveling to Morocco

We all have undergone the effect of COVID-19. In the month of Feb international flights of Morocco have resumed. 

Before landing your steps in Morocco, you have to take vaccination (negative results) 2 days before the departure. Make sure you’ll move through all the processes. 

After your arrival at the airport, you must fill out the Passenger Health Form.
